Frederick Noronha
An independent researcher based in Goa, undertaken a PhD on publishing in Goa in the 20th century. Journalist and alternative book publisher working in Goa since 1983 and 2007, respectively. Has written on Goa since the mid-1980s. Taught as Assistant Professor at the Goa University in 2017-18 (two semesters), and was Visiting Professor at the University of Hyderabad.
