Karishma d' Souza, Ressurge Goa Illustrated Zine
Karishma d'Souza criou esta "revista ilustrada" inspirada no jornal anticolonial Ressurge Goa, editado por Telo de Mascarenhas nos anos 1950 a partir do seu exílio em Bombaim. O trabalho assentou nos exemplares a que acedeu na nossa Expo Virtual Comum. É com imenso prazer que o GIEIPC-IP passa a alojar este trabalho. A "revista ilustrada" de D'Souza foi apresentada pela primeira vez em Lisboa no Gabinete de Madame Thao, ‘Whole Rivers of Light’, two person exhibition, Karishma D’Souza and Le Phi Long, entre 27 de Julho e 20 de Setembro de 2024. O acesso à presente galeria será partilhado na exposição ‘Not a shore, neither a ship, but the sea itself’ curated by Sahil Naik, a decorrer entre 14 e 21 de Dezembro de 2025 no 10º Serendipity Arts festival, Panjim, Goa.
