The International Conference The Bicentenary of the Gazeta de Goa, 16-17 December, 2021, was an online event promoted by the IGSCP-PE - Goa Chapter and the CEAS - Círculo de Estudos da Ásia do Sul, CRIA, with the support of CHAM - Centro de Humanidades, NOVA-FCSH.

This multidisciplinary encounter aimed at commemorating the birth of press in Goa, having been enriched by a variety of regards on press, its creators and its publics,from Goan newspapers to the Portuguese parliamentary daily published in Lisbon.
